Skin Care Routine: Morning & Evening Guide
Step-by-step morning and evening care guide for radiant and healthy skin.
The secret to having healthy and radiant skin lies not in expensive products, but in a skincare routine that is applied regularly and with the right steps. Skin needs are completely different in the morning and evening, and routines should be shaped accordingly.
Morning Routine: It should be aimed to protect the skin in the morning. As a first step, the sebum accumulated at night should be cleaned with a gentle cleanser, followed by a strong antioxidant serum such as Vitamin C. After the humidifier, the most important step, SPF, should never be skipped.
Evening Routine: In the evening, it is aimed to purify and renew the skin. Makeup and the dirt of the day should be removed with a double-stage cleaning. Then serums containing Retinol or AHA/BHA acids that support skin regeneration should be applied and moisture should be trapped with a dense night cream.
Remember, stability is the most important factor in skin care. Regular use is required for at least 4-6 weeks for the products to show their effect.
Preparing your skin for cosmetic applications is the biggest factor determining the longevity and smoothness of the products. Skincare applied on clean, well-hydrated skin retains its fresh appearance all day long.
Consistency is the most important rule in beauty and skincare routines. Instead of one-time applications, regularly using products suitable for your skin type will yield the healthiest long-term results.
Don't forget the philosophy of beauty from the inside out. Adequate water consumption, a balanced diet, and regular sleep will double the effect of all cosmetic and care steps you apply.
